Text
If the petition is initiated by the owners of land abutting upon or within four hundred forty (440) yards of the shoreline or water line of the lake, the petition must be accompanied by a bond with good and sufficient freehold sureties to be approved by the clerk of the circuit or superior court. The bond must be:
(1)payable to the state; and
(2)conditioned to pay all costs if the court denies the petition.
