§ 14-26-8-5 — Lake lying in two or more counties

If the lake lies in at least two (2) counties, the surveyor of the county in which the greater or greatest area of the lake lies shall prepare the plans and specifications and the report required by this chapter. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-18-2 part.]
