§ 14-26-8-35 — Appeal from approval and confirmation of assessments
The order of the court approving and
confirming the assessments and declaring the proposed work
established is final and conclusive, unless an appeal is taken. An appeal
may be taken from the final judgment of the circuit or superior court to
the supreme court or court of appeals as in other civil cases.
