§ 14-26-8-33 — Remonstrance against surveyor's final report; dismissal of proceedings
If the finding and judgment of the court is in
support of a remonstrance, the proceedings shall be dismissed at the
cost of the petitioners whose land abuts or lies within four hundred
forty (440) yards of the shoreline or water line of the lake.
