§ 14-26-8-28 — Remonstrance against surveyor's final report; order to amend or file new report
If after a hearing the court decides that any of the causes of remonstrance described in section 27 of this chapter is true, the court may do either of the following:
(1)Direct the surveyor to amend and perfect the report.
(2)Set aside the report and refer the matter back to the surveyor
for a new report.
