§ 14-26-8-18 — Inspection and report by viewers

Indiana·Art. 26 LAKES AND RESERVOIRS·Ch. 8 Lakes; Changes in Levels

The viewers shall do the following:

(1)Make a personal inspection of the proposed project described in the petition.
(2)Consider whether the project is practicable and is of public need.
(3)File a report within ten (10) days from the time of the inspection. The opinion of the majority prevails. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-18-7 part.]
