Text
If within ten (10) days, exclusive of Sundays, following the date of the hearing of the petition, at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the landowners abutting or within four hundred forty
(440)yards of the shoreline or water line of the lake remonstrate in
writing against the proposed project described in the petition, the
petition shall be dismissed at the cost of the petitioners whose land
abuts or lies within four hundred forty (440) yards of the shoreline or
water line of the lake.
