Text
The following have ten (10) days, exclusive of Sundays, to file a written objection to the new viewers:
(1)A person named in the petition.
(2)A person who owns land abutting or within one-fourth (1/4)
mile of the shoreline or water line of the lake.
(3)The department.
(4)The county in which the lake lies if a joint petition is filed.
