Text
The following have ten (10) days, exclusive of Sundays, from the date of the hearing on the form of a petition to file with the court a remonstrance or an objection to the merits of the petition, notice, or eligibility of any of the viewers:
(1)A person named in the petition.
(2)A person who owns land abutting or within one-fourth (1/4)
mile of the shoreline or water line of the lake.
(3)The department.
(4)The board of commissioners of a county in which the lake lies.
