§ 14-26-7-8 — Violations

Indiana·Art. 26 LAKES AND RESERVOIRS·Ch. 7 Lakes; Restrictions on Ditches and Drains
A person who violates this chapter commits a Class A infraction. Notwithstanding IC 34-28-5-4, a judgment for a Class A infraction imposed under this section may not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000). [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-17-4.]
