§ 14-26-6-3 — Violations

Indiana·Art. 26 LAKES AND RESERVOIRS·Ch. 6 Lowering of Twenty Acre Lakes
A person who knowingly lowers the water level of a lake more than twelve (12) inches below the high water mark established by the dam or other artificial device creating the lake commits a Class B infraction. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-16-1 part.]
