Text

(a)A request for a permit may be made by any person interested in the proposed work by filing with the department the following:
(1)A brief statement and description of the work.
(2)Plans and specifications for the work.
(3)An investigation fee of a minimum of twenty-five dollars ($25).
(b)Subject to IC 14-10-2-1, the commission may set an investigation fee above the minimum fee established under subsection
