§ 14-26-5-16 — Injunctive relief
A person, firm, limited liability company, or corporation that violates or threatens to violate this chapter is subject to an injunction upon a complaint filed by any of the following:
(1)Any person whose land or interest in land may be damaged by
the violation.
(2)The department.
