Text
(a)After the hearing, the court shall do the
following:
(1)Make findings of fact.
(2)Give an appropriate judgment establishing the level and area
of the lake.
(b)If the judgment is favorable to the moving party, a description
of:
(1)a monument;
(2)the location of the monument; and
(3)all data furnished by the report;
shall be made a part of the court's findings and judgment by reference.
