Text

(a)Subject to subsection (b), a permit issued under this chapter expires two (2) years after the permit is issued.
(b)The commission may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 providing that a type of permit specified in the rules expires more than two (2) years after it is issued. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-11.1-3(c).]
