Text
(a)Money accruing to the use of the
department under this chapter constitutes a revolving fund for the sole
use of the water resources program of the state.
(b)Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert
to the state general fund. When the water resources program of the
state has been completed, the unexpended money reverts to the state
general fund.
