§ 14-25-9-3 — Contributions
An agency of the state or of a subdivision of
the state, a corporation, or an individual that desires special
investigations or additional measurements not covered in the general
program must contribute the cost of the special investigation or survey
to the program in the same manner as provided in section 2 of this
chapter.
