§ 14-25-7-6 — "Reasonable beneficial use" defined

Indiana·Art. 25 WATER RIGHTS AND RESOURCES·Ch. 7 Water Resource Management

For purposes of this chapter, "reasonable beneficial use" means the use of water for a beneficial use in the quantity and manner that is:

(1)necessary for economic and efficient utilization; and
