§ 14-25-7-5 — "Person" defined
As used in this chapter, "person" means an
individual, an incorporated or unincorporated organization or
association, a trustee or legal representative, the state, a political
subdivision of the state, the United States of America, an agency of the
state, a political subdivision of the state or of the United States of
America, or a group of such persons acting in concert.
