Text

As used in this chapter, "aquifer" means an underground geologic formation that:

(1)is consolidated or unconsolidated; and
(2)has the ability to receive, store, and transmit water in amounts sufficient for the satisfaction of any beneficial use. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-6.1-1 part.]
