§ 14-25-5-15 — Violations
(a)A person who violates an order
concerning a freshwater lake emergency declared under section 7 of
this chapter commits a Class A infraction.
(b)The commission may, without proof of irreparable injury,
maintain an action to enjoin a violation of this chapter.
