§ 14-25-5-14 — Permanent orders
Upon application by the director or a lake
owner, the commission may cause a temporary order issued under
section 7 of this chapter or under IC 13-2-2.6-10 (before its repeal) to
be made a permanent order. A permanent order is subject to an
administrative adjudication under IC 4-21.5-3-6.
