§ 14-25-4-4 — "Owner"
(a)As used in this chapter and subject to
subsection (b), "owner" includes the following:
(1)The owner of an interest in property.
(2)A person in possession of property.
(b)For a temporary dewatering well, "owner" means the person who
authorized the construction that necessitated the installation of the
dewatering well.
