§ 14-25-4-2 — "Dewatering well"
As used in this chapter, "dewatering well" means a temporary water well that:
(1)is used as part of a construction project to remove water from
a surface or subsurface area; and
(2)ceases to be used upon completion of the construction project
or shortly after completion of the project.
