§ 14-25-4-16 — Violations; injunctions
(a)A person who violates a rule or order
adopted under this chapter concerning a ground water emergency
commits a Class A infraction.
(b)The commission may, without proof of irreparable injury,
maintain an action to enjoin a violation of this chapter.
