Text
A temporary order under section 9 or 10 of
this chapter must include a notice of hearing to be held under IC 4-21.5-4 as soon as practicable after the declaration of the ground water
emergency. Following the hearing, the director may continue, amend,
or terminate the ground water emergency. The emergency shall be
terminated as soon as justified by changed conditions.
