§ 14-25-4-1 — "Construction"
As used in this chapter, "construction" means the process of building a building, highway, utility, or another structure. The term includes the following:
(1)The process of assembling materials.
(2)Disassembling and removing a structure.
(3)The preparation of the construction site.
(4)Related work.
