Indiana Statutes
§ 14-25-3-18 — Violations
A person who violates:
(1)section 6, 11, or 12 of this chapter; or
(2)a rule or order concerning a restricted use area;
commits a Class C infraction. Each day of violation constitutes a
separate infraction.
