Text
The state may not require compensation for water that:
(1)comes from a reservoir impoundment financed by the state;
and
(2)is provided to water users in an area in which the outlet of the
reservoir impoundment has been the primary source of water for
domestic, industrial, and public use for at least fifty (50) years.
