A contract for the sale of water on a unit
pricing basis that is entered into under this chapter or under IC 13-2-1-7 (before its repeal) after June 30, 1991, must provide for
compensation to the state at the rate of not less than thirty-three dollars
($33) per one million (1,000,000) gallons of water.
