Text
(a)If the department approves an application
under section 7 of this chapter, the department shall issue to the
applicant a transfer permit.
(b)A transfer permit may include any terms deemed reasonably
necessary by the department.
(c)A permittee shall file with the department at least once every
five (5) years a certification of compliance with the terms of a transfer
permit.
