§ 14-25-17-12 — Violation by notable user; civil penalty
(a)The department may assess a civil
penalty against a notable user that knowingly violates this chapter of
not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per day per violation.
(b)All civil penalties collected under this chapter shall be deposited
in the state general fund.
