Text
Except as provided in this section, a
withdrawal that does not exceed the amount of a baseline status
determination made under section 12 of this chapter is exempt from
section 7(a) of this chapter. The director may limit a withdrawal that
would reduce flow in a watercourse below the established minimum
stream flow.
