§ 14-25-15-6 — Management and regulation of proposals for certain water transfers
A proposal for an exception to the prohibition
in section 4.8 of the compact to transfer water to an area outside the
basin shall be managed and regulated using the thresholds established
in section 4.9 of the compact.
