Text

An applicant may use either of the following methods to provide consumptive use amounts required under article 4 of the compact:

(1)The most current values published for the appropriate sector from:
(A)the United States Geological Survey;
(B)the Great Lakes Commission;
(C)the council; or
(D)other sources approved by the department.
(2)Site specific calculations for the applicant's facility that are based on standard engineering practices.
