§ 14-25-15-11 — Methods for determining consumptive use amounts

Indiana·Art. 25 WATER RIGHTS AND RESOURCES·Ch. 15 Great Lakes—St. Lawrence River Basin Water

An applicant may use either of the following methods to provide consumptive use amounts required under article 4 of the compact:

(1)The most current values published for the appropriate sector from:
(A)the United States Geological Survey;
(B)the Great Lakes Commission;
(C)the council; or
(D)other sources approved by the department.
(2)Site specific calculations for the applicant's facility that are based on standard engineering practices.
