§ 14-24-9-3 — Designation of persons to perform inspections
Indiana·Art. 24 ENTOMOLOGY AND PLANT PATHOLOGY·Ch. 9 Treatment Affidavits and Special Authorizations
The director may appoint an agent, an
employee, or a representative of the United States Department of
Agriculture to perform, on behalf of the department, an inspection
authorized by this article.
