Text
(a)Subject to subsection (b), a person must
obtain a dealer's license from the division under this chapter before
selling or soliciting an order for nursery stock or otherwise conducting
the business of a dealer.
(b)A person who operates one (1) or more grocery stores in Indiana
at which nursery stock is sold is not required to obtain more than one
(1)dealer's license under this chapter.
