§ 14-24-4-4 — Notice to destroy plant products
After written notice by the department and
within the prescribed period, a person having charge of an agricultural,
a horticultural, or a sylvan product described under section 3 of this
chapter shall have the product destroyed, treated, or otherwise disposed
of as directed by the department.
