§ 14-24-4-3 — Standards for operation of premises within infested areas; destruction of plant products producing or disseminating pests or pathogens

Indiana·Art. 24 ENTOMOLOGY AND PLANT PATHOLOGY·Ch. 4 Control of Pests and Pathogens
All farms and premises located within an area declared to be an infested area shall be operated and managed according to standards approved by the commission. An agricultural, a horticultural, or a sylvan product capable of producing and disseminating the pest or pathogen shall be destroyed, treated, or otherwise disposed of as the department orders.
