Text

All farms and premises located within an area declared to be an infested area shall be operated and managed according to standards approved by the commission. An agricultural, a horticultural, or a sylvan product capable of producing and disseminating the pest or pathogen shall be destroyed, treated, or otherwise disposed of as the department orders.
