§ 14-24-3-6 — Declaration of pests or pathogens

The commission may declare species or subspecies to be pests or pathogens. This identification must include any species or subspecies of bee that may endanger the bee and honey industry. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-7-4-6.]
