§ 14-24-10-2 — Fees for special services
The division may collect fees for special services provided to a person who is not described in section 1 of this chapter. Fees collected under this section:
(1)must be prescribed by rule;
(2)may not exceed the expense incurred by the department to
provide those services; and
(3)shall be deposited in the entomology and plant pathology
fund.
