§ 14-23-8-5 — Members
(a)The corps consists of persons who are:
(1)employed by:
(A)the department; or
(B)an agency designated by the department; and
(2)at least fifteen (15) years of age but less than nineteen (19)
years of age.
(b)A person may not be employed as a member of the corps more
than one hundred twenty (120) days during a calendar year.
(c)The department shall establish recruitment guidelines for
accepting applications to the corps.
