§ 14-22-9-8 — Stocking fish in waters of the state

Indiana·Art. 22 FISH AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 9 Regulation of Fishing

Except as otherwise provided, a person may not stock fish in the following:

(1)Waters containing state owned fish.
(2)Waters of the state.
(3)Boundary waters of the state. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-5-8.]
