Text
A bait dealer may not transport or hold live
minnows or live crayfish in Indiana for any purpose in a manner or
under the conditions that cause unnecessary loss and death of minnows.
A violation of this section is sufficient cause for the division to revoke
and seize a bait dealer's license.
