Text

A person may not use, set, cause to be used or set, take, or attempt to take fish by means of:

(1)a trotline;
(2)a set line;
(3)a throw line;
(4)a net;
(5)a trap; or
(6)a seine; within two hundred (200) yards of a dam that wholly or partly crosses a river, stream, or waterway in Indiana or the boundary water of the state, except as authorized by rules adopted by the commission under IC 4-22-2. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-5-3.]
