§ 14-22-8-4 — Stamps; requirement
An individual may not hunt a game bird within
Indiana without having an electronically generated game bird habitat
restoration stamp issued by the department. The stamp must be in the
possession of each individual hunting a game bird. The licensee shall
validate the stamp with the signature of the licensee on the hunting
license on which the electronically generated form of the stamp is
attached.
