Text
(a)An electronically generated stamp shall be
issued to each hunting license applicant or holder upon request and the
payment of a fee of six dollars and seventy-five cents ($6.75). Each
stamp expires on March 31 of the year following issuance.
(b)The department may set a license fee to hunt a migratory
waterfowl above the fee established under subsection (a).
(c)The fees collected shall be deposited in the fish and wildlife fund
and credited to a special account to be used as provided in section 5 of
this chapter. However, the fees collected do not have to be credited to
the special account if the budget agency finds that it would reduce the
balance in the fish and wildlife fund to less than three million dollars
($3,000,000) at the end of the state fiscal year.
