An individual may not hunt a migratory waterfowl within Indiana without having an electronically generated migratory waterfowl stamp issued by the department. The stamp must be in the possession of each individual hunting a migratory waterfowl. The licensee shall validate the stamp with the signature, in ink, of the licensee on the hunting license on which the electronically generated form of the stamp is attached.
