§ 14-22-40-8 — Collection and deposit of reimbursement
The court that convicts a person of an offense
under section 6 of this chapter shall collect the reimbursement required
by section 7 of this chapter and transmit the reimbursement to the
department. The department shall deposit the reimbursement in the
conservation officers fish and wildlife fund established by IC 14-9-8-21.
