§ 14-22-40-7 — Reimbursement

Indiana·Art. 22 FISH AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 40 Shooting at Law Enforcement Decoys
To compensate for harm caused to decoys, a person convicted of an offense under section 6 of this chapter shall reimburse the state one hundred dollars ($100) for each commission of the offense. The reimbursement required by this section is in addition to any penalty imposed on the person under IC 35-50-3.
